Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing this website or making a purchase, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or purchasing our products.

2. Products

We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, prices, or other content are error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice.

3. Ordering and Payment

Orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDeal and other local secure payment options shown during checkout procedure.

4. Taxes
Pursuant to Article 25 of the Dutch VAT Act, sales invoices for both new and used products on our platform are exempt from VAT (Value Added Taxes). For more information please consult the Dutch VAT Act.  

All listed prices do not cover import duties, customs fees, or any additional taxes or charges that may apply to international shipments. Any of these additional costs are at buyer’s responsibility and expense. Check your local tax legislation prior to purchase to see if any apply.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is available worldwide*. All orders are accompanied by a shipment tracking number provided to you by email. Estimated delivery times are within 10 working days. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information and taking prompt receipt of the shipment. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customs processes or unanswered doorbells.
* Direct shipping to the United States is currently unavailable due to changes in HTF tariffs regulations (01/2026). For the US market we facilitate shipping to all EU-based forwarding hubs instead. Please inquire.

6. Returns and Refunds

New products
Returns on new products are only accepted within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or packing slip). Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Used products
We uphold a No Refund Policy on all pre-owned / second-hand / used items in our store. These products are sold "as-is" and no refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted for these items under any circumstances. It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect the item(s) prior to purchase. This includes verifying the condition, functionality, and suitability of the item(s). When in doubt, please contact us for more information prior to purchase. When desired, we can provide you with extra photos and/or specifications. Second-hand / used items are not covered by any warranty, either express or implied.

7. Intellectual Property

All product content on this website is the property of Classic Steering Wheel Shop. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited. Classic Steering Wheel Shop has strived to arrange copyrights in accordance with legal provisions. Those who believe they may still have certain rights can contact us.

8. Limitation of Liability

Classic Steering Wheel Shop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or faulty installation of our products, to the fullest extent permitted by law. For safe use of our products we strongly instruct installation by a specialist workshop. Steering wheels, hubs or adapters must be tightened to the steering column by means of a dynamometric spanner. Never exceed maximum torque loads of individual steel grades and/or as instructed by the original manufacturer.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Alkmaar, The Netherlands.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. With the use of cookies we collect minimal personal data to improve your shopping experience on our website. We never sell any personal information to third parties. By using this website, you consent to our collection and use of cookies as described. You can manage your cookies preferences in your personal browser settings.
