Returns and Refunds

New products
Returns on new products are only accepted within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Used products
We uphold a No Refund Policy on all second-hand / used items in our store. These products are sold "as-is" and no refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted for these items under any circumstances. Used products include New Old Stock (NOS) items. It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect the item(s) prior to purchase. This includes verifying the condition, functionality, and suitability of the item(s). When in doubt, please contact us for more information prior to purchase. When desired, we can provide you with extra photos and/or specifications. Second-hand / used items are not covered by any warranty, either express or implied.
