Returns and Refunds

New products
Returns on new products are only accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned item. Shipping costs, also for the return shipping, are not reimbursable. 

Used products
We uphold a no refund policy on all second-hand / used items in our store as these products are sold in "as-is" condition. Instead, we offer a product exchange or store credit (voucher). It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect items prior to purchase. This includes verifying the condition, functionality, and suitability of items. When in doubt, please contact us for more information prior to purchase. We are happy to assist with providing extra photos or specifications.

Second-hand / used items are not covered by any warranty, either express or implied. Used products include our collection of New Old Stock items. Shipping costs, also for the return shipping, are not reimbursable.
